Don’t know but I personally would not. Assuming we are talking about the same area it could make the irritation worse as that intimate area is sensitive to different ingredients. There are various creams/lotions particularly for that intimate area that can be purchased. This cream is very good for itchy dry skin on arms/legs etc.

Q: Is this cream gluten free and dairy free?

I have a child who is celiac disease and this cream has the ingredients of tocopherol which is wheat protein. Sadly, we have to stop using it and looking an alternative to it.
