I normally don't write reviews but seeing as, at the time, there are none for this product, I figured I'd give my thoughts.My biggest worry when purchasing was the size. My waistline is 35" and this just barely gets small enough, if you have a waistline of 34" it might work but be prepared to return if not.The construction is great and the solution they've implemented to be able to switch between a lift and dip belt makes a lot of sense. You can search this company's name on Amazon and see they make some well reviewed items (including a lift belt that looks almost identical to this item), so although I haven't had the belt long enough to put it through the wringer, on first glance it looks well made and the positive reviews of their other products brings me confidence that it will last for a while.The chain is also surprisingly sturdy. The dip belt at my gym is much flimsier. Overall, happy with the purchase and the price. I'll update this review if anything changes.

Buen material

If you brace against it, it can give out but handles belt squats, dips, and sledwork comfortably

The seams on the belt came off. So I can't even use it anymore. Had it for only 3 months. Belt looks nice but is cheaply made. Won't be purchasing this brand anymore. My GymReaper belt is still holding up great.

The belt has been working well for belt squats, weighted dips and pull-ups.

Comfortable well made. only issue is the D rings turn down from pressure of weights. Hoping it won't tear stitching eventually.
