On commence à voir une différence, ça a l'air à fonctionner vraiment mais il ne faut pas lâcher, c'est 2 fois par jour tous les jours, c'est long mais ton nez en vaut la peine!!! I purchased the Phase one and two kits together on 2/1/23. It's now early May. I lost my sense of smell and taste in mid 2020, during a surgery. I've tried light therapy (did wonders for carpal tunnel), nerve simulation, and massage, none of which helped. After a couple of weeks of dilligent use of kit one, I could mix these up and tell which was which, altho they didn't really smell like I remembered. I followed the directions and after a month, the smells became stronger and they actually smelled like I remembered. When smelling, I pictured the item I was smelling and tried to remember a positive experience with that smell. By the time 8 weeks went by, I was ready to try the second phase. These odors are much more subtle and I still can't identify the smells, altho each has a distinctive smell... Just not what they're labeled. But here's the great news. Last week, I put on some perfume and I could smell it all day. More often than not, I can smell the body wash in my shower. And today, I could smell brownies before I took them out of the oven. Considering I tried other things for about 18 months with no results, I'm thinking this might have turned the tide. I will keep up with this and hope I continue to improve. Worth the $40 in my mind!

I bought both kits on the advice of my doctor. I lost my sense of smell 16 months ago after having pneumonia. I really didn’t think this would work, but I thought at less I could say I tried. I only smelled the eucalyptus the first time I used it, I kept with the instructions and in a few days I could smell another scent. At this point I can smell all 4 scents, I’ve smelled other smells since starting this process only for an instant. I’m extremely pleased with my Moxe Smell Training Kit and would highly recommended it. I went into this treatment not believing it would help me, I am so glad to say I was wrong. And I will continue my training kit and go to the next one in a week.
