I've been using this silicone cupping therapy set for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. The cups are soft but sturdy, making them easy to apply and remove without discomfort. I used these cups per request of my son’s physical therapist, and they work well. When we went for his follow up appointment she was very happy with the progress of using these cups. I do recommend following the use time. Don’t go over. And my product actually came on time as well! Thanks

Used for shoulder area after surgery to work out tight spots. Works well. There's a time for compression & a time to pull the tissue out to let it breathe & get blood flowing. These can help do that

No suction whatsoever. I needed it for my lower back and it doesn’t stay put. I used oil and followed the instructions but nothing. Would not recommend.

This Does Not do anything. Hard to get it to suction for any movement. 2-hans needed to get it to suction, then you move it and it's not suction. Frustrating

I needed a quick and easy cupping set to get me through in between therapy appointments. It takes a little bit to get the hang of it, but once you do they work great! I reckon I’ll be back for a second set.
