This device never started to work. Various emails ensued with the manufacturer with no result. My picture shows that the power light is lit when connected to power source but when disconnected the power light turned off which means the battery was not charging. When I tried to use when the power cord, no matter what button is pressed the device didn’t work. This information is provided to manufacturer. AMZ troubleshooting advises to turn on the switch on the device-there is none. Poor customer support from the manufacturer.

My massager just quit working it will not charge. Is there anything I can do to try to get it to work?

DO NOT BUY!! Foot Massager stopped working just one week after purchase! We’ve tried everything including reboosting and charging for hours but still couldn’t get it to turn back on! We threw away the packaging/box too early or else…. an immediate return is surely granted!!! Terrible experience + $50 out the window!

Just got this. I was pretty excited when I saw it but now that I’ve received it, it’s not really meant for large feet as it is a little small. The massage is only for the soles, so that’s another disappointment. I’m going to give it a day and try it again, but I’ll likely be returning it.

It will not charge. The website for the company will not load. If I hit "return product" it won't allow me to get the continue prompt. The minimal instructions say to scan the bar code to get a startup video but the box does not have a barcode. I followed the setup process completely. It does not work. I would love to have someone contact me and help me but that seems unlikely.

Good value for the price, best part is the inbuilt battery so no wire dependencies. Not very strong on the body, relieving, gentle massage.

I bought 2 of these as gifts. One recipient was happy with the gift. The other found the massage to be uncomfortable to his sensitive feet, even when padded with a towel. Unfortunately the return window is only a month after purchase so I can't return it now.

It was really nice the first time I went to use this, but when I went to charge it again after the initial use, it died. It won't hold a charge, and there isn't really any troubleshooting you can do to try and get it working again. Would not recommend this to anyone else.
