Amlong CrystalClear Quartz Crystal Ball 150MM

This lovely huge orb came right on time. It was packed in a sturdy, but pretty white box with a form of Styrofoam inside--not the peanuts and not the Styrofoam that gets all over the place. The little stand that came with it is wooden, brown, and it has red felt where it comes into contact with the ball. The stand actually has a rotating part to it so that you don't have to lift the ball off the stand. I bought another stand for the ball, but I liked this one so much I am using it. Yes the stand is sloppily lacquered in places, yes it needs felt or something on the feet, and yes there is glue showing where the felt is--still it looks fine because most of it is covered up anyway. As for the ball, mine is not completely free of occlusions. I actually have an odd looking thing on the inside--it is shaped like an eye and of course changes shape as you rotate the ball. It is completely invisible if I rotate it to the bottom. Here's the thing. I like it. I feel that mine is unique. The ball is very heavy. I think about ten pounds. It looks beautiful on a heavy side table. I would make sure children cannot reach it because if it fell it could hurt them or your floor. The only negative I have about the crystal ball is that it is supposed to be reconstituted quartz crystal, but I was able to make a tiny scratch in it using a piece of glass. I cannot make a mark on my quartz necklace. On the Mohs scale quartz is a 7 in hardness while glass is a 5 or a 6.5 so I believe it were anything but glass it shouldn't have scratched. I will enjoy photographing this ball and just looking at it under my stained glass Tiffany-style lamp.

Very nice crystal ball. Excellent size and quality for such a reasonable price. This is the second quartz crystal ball I have purchased from this seller. The first one I purchased was the 200mm quartz crystal ball, and I have to admit I actually prefer the 200mm over the 150mm, mostly because of the size difference. However, I have to say, both balls were of supreme quality. Both crystal clear, no flaws what so ever, and basically each one a masterpiece. Shipping was very quick for both. I am very happy with both purchases and would actually like to add more to my collection. Maybe some day. Would recommend either one to anybody looking for a good quality, large crystal ball. you will Never find crystal balls of either size for such a reasonable price!

This crystal ball arrived in good shape and packaged well. It's beautiful and very clear and looks great on the wooden stand that was included.

Much larger and heavier than I thought it would be, I read a comment that said that it's the size of a toddlers head..... Yep, it is. Mine came crystal clear, no bubbles at all. Perfectly shaped. EXCELLENT addition to my collection, and at an amazing price. If you are a collector you will not be disappointed, if you are a photographer who wants to photograph through Crystal balls (like me), this one is very heavy, but I think that It will work very well (I haven't tried it out yet). My concerns with this ball as a photographer are !) the additional weight on top of the camera gear, and 2) Being able to stabilize a ball of this size (I did read a tip about mounting them on a heavy duty tripod). I don't want to discourage photographers, it's going to be incredible to shoot through, just a few things to consider about this piece.

This is an absolutely beautiful crystal ball. Very heavy and flawlessly clear. Be careful not to leave it unattended in direct sunlight as it has the same properties as any magnifying glass--it can easily start a fire. The nice stand holds this very heavy ball easily and it turns on a bearing---Nice. I am very happy with this "clear quartz crystal ball" but the "purists" may question if it is pure natural quartz crystal. I have never seen a natural quartz crystal ball of this size and clarity. For me, this ball is perfect---maybe TOO PERFECT for some. I think most of you would be very pleased with this ball and I highly recommend it to others. The price is unbeatable--anywhere!!!!

I chose 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the crystal ball itself, which is great quality and also happily larger than I thought, but because of the used box that it was stored in. One of the corner sides was separated and coming apart. But other than that, I love the product, including the nice wooden stand that was packaged with it. It looks very nice on the provided stand. Crystal is clean, clear, with no apparent marks, knicks, scratches or anything.I would recommend this one for anyone looking for a nice crystal ball. I did not expect a storage box to come with it in the first place, so I am fine with what was received.

The ball itself was flawlessly clear and perfectly round. Nice heavy weight has a feeling of quality. The included basic wooden base was rather cheaply made: A reddish brown glossy stain with a slightly protruding screw that was covered with a thin piece of felt to avoid scratching the ball. Despite this, the ball itself was perfect and worth the price! I would recommend buying a better base.

I am very disappointed with the glass ball for though it looks great it is made of glass and not quartz crystal.
