Big Disappointment
Not the BD i remember when I was growing up. It used to be a monthly publication loaded with facts, statistics, history ,rosters, unique charts and comparisons using old school methods, and stories and information not seen in other baseball magazines. The current version is just another glossy mag. loaded with useless stories about ballplayers that most fans don't connect with.The season starting April edition, which came out in March, just as Spring Training was beginning, was like getting a great Christmas gift. It is something I treasured and I still have those editions. The current version, not so much.

Best ever baseball magazine
My 12 year old grandson loves this magazine which not only covers current players and team play, but also covers baseball history, statistics, skills and tips on baseball strategies.

Baseball Digest
This subscription is a renewal from last year for my 11 year old grandson. He is very active in sports, especially baseball. He says he loves the magazine and has every issue from last year so I renewed again just a few weeks ago. I am very pleased he is so involved in the magazine. He is an avid reader. I am not quite so pleased with the price. It is only 5 to 6 magazines per year for close to $40.

This publication lives and breathes baseball. If you are a big fan of the game, this read is for you! It gives in depth insights and info on the game and the people inside it.

quite simply awesomeness
best baseball magazine bar none. Especially boring Baseball America. That magazine is for baseball owners, general managers, and people that went boring boring minutia. This is for people that love baseball history, current players, trivia, rules, and things in baseball the matter. In other words, people that love baseball. Not people that hate baseball and considerate it work.and yes I have read Baseball America in the past and have worked in the baseball business. Baseball Digest (*****) beats Baseball America (**) hands down.

If you love baseball as I do, then this is the magazine for you. It has tons of interesting articles, trivia and information about the game of baseball in every issue. I highly recommend it!

I have been getting this magazine for 40 years
This is my favorite read at the beach, now that I have digital I always have it with me, I have read it for over 40 years and will read for another 40 years (I Hope)
