This was easy to install. I tested the product by placing some water and the alarm went off and it shut off the water in the water heater. Worth every penny.

Works but pain to install
It works fine once you get it installed. It has two female fixed threads which made it so it wasn't a straight bolt on. Having two fixed threads means you have to rotate the whole bulky assembly which requires significant space to install it. After two trips to the hardware store I was able to get it installed. If it had one fixed male thread and one rotating female thread it would have gotten five stars.

Perfect work
We are professional plumbers SD Amores Services and bought this for a job. It was installed very easy. It was tested and it was excellent. We are extremely happy. Will buy again probably in multiples.

Does what it says it does.
Not sure what warmth means. Bench tested the valve and it worked as expected. Easy to install. Hopefully I never need it. The cable to the detector seems a bit flimsy I will have to protect it but otherwise seems fine
