Forgiving Little Pump!
Amazing little pump! I set mine on a pottery flower pot with a piece of firewood under the spout. This pump has survived me despite my best efforts to kill it. First, I went away for a week and forgot to tell my husbands to squirt some Hydrogen peroxide in the water. The green algae blocked the intake part of the pump and it stopped working. When I got home I cleaned it and it started working again. Then today we had excessive rain overnight. The fountain was full and I wanted to take out some water. I turned the spout so the water was pumped outside the pot. Long story short, all the water pumped out. I thought great! I burned up the pump. Three gallons of water later it slowly started pumping. Thank you for a tough little pump! BTW, I have been putting maybe an eighth of a cup of hydrogen peroxide in the water a couple times a week. No green slime! So relaxing to listen to.

Easy-to-use and beautiful
I used this to make a water feature for our back deck. It not only looks beautiful but you can hear the water splashing and it really adds to the atmosphere out there. I put it on a flower pot like they show in the picture, plugged it in, and nothing happened. So I primed it just like you'd do if you were siphoning gas. I had to do it a couple of times. But it has faithfully worked ever since. And it really adds something to our deck.

The bamboo fountain is great. The pump didn't work at all. I had an extra one from earlier so used that one. Alls good.
