Good but only lasts 1.5 years max.
Great bottle, good size, works well. But this is my third purchase and looking back through my order dates mine have started leaking after 1, or 1.5 years. So I'm not convinced on the 5 year claim. But £5 is fine to pay 1-2 years of use.

Unsafe, leaking stoppers
Bought two of these and both have leaked from the stopper. Had them for one winter and only by chance found the leaks. If it had happened in bed or had been used by someone with health problems then they could have been soaked in hot water. Would not recommend at all, stoppers are dangerous and not fit for purpose.

Heat last only 2 hours. I put a cover on but doesn't help.

Smells awful
It is thick and seems of great quality but IT STINKS! The smell didn't go away even after 15 hot water filing and it still strong and discusting. It is not a rubber smell but a kind of strange bad breath smell... I can not use it as it makes me nauseated.
