Wow for a little family business out of Burnley they punch well above there weight, quality service from the initial contact I even got two phone calls on the day to update where it was on the delivery route as it was the last drop of the day (which we wanted) then updated us again before finishing for the day a proper nice touch from a great bunch, and the washing mean is a belter it’s that smart you can talk to it through the app, luckily it was a present for my daughter as I have a life, hence I don’t communicate with washing machines 👍

easy to use has some feature that u use your phone to tell it what your putting in and it calculates the best wash settings.im old n cant be botherd so I turn the big round control its easy,n it works however you tell it to dry the washin n it doesn't always get it bone dry so I tell it to do it again.the drying counter starts at the better part of four hours long but as it drys it recalculates.most stuff dries quicker so it can shave time off the counter automaticly.i checked electricity usage and on a wash big wash and dry and another half hour to get it bone dry it used 81 pence and that's with the rest of my flat running tv etc.on smaller lighter loads it gets it right n dries everthing bone dry.great machine .forgot to time it but I would say your average wash is probly dry in two maybe two n a half hours in reality.it has anti wrinkle features it adds steam or something,its quite the gadget.

Utter junk.I bought mine Feb 2019. It leaked from the get go. Door seal not correctly installed.Within 3 months the drum pulley had come loose as it wasn't properly tightened and according to the engineer it is a very common problem.Now? Just over a year old and the dryer doesn't dry.Steer clear. A laundry service would have been cheaper than the money wasted on this pile of junk with it's pathetic 1 year warranty.10 year parts guarantee is meaningless as they want a couple of hundred quid for an engineer to replace their defective junk.Until the next part also fails, and the next and the next.

Easy to use dial, easy to setup and not very noisy

Love having washing machine and tumble dryer all in one machine . Plus looks great in my kitchen 😀

First wash and an error code appeared at the end of the cycle (e07) and machine door wouldn’t open. Door remains locked until the machine has to be turned off at the mains. Each time we want to get the washing out of the machine we now have to drag the machine forward out of the kitchen unit and reach behind to turn the power off. Contacted Crampton And Moore twice now - we’ve been told that we have been handed on to a “resolution team” - from which we have had no contact at all. Now trying to get a refund from these people
