I wear a CPAP at night but I am over taking it when I travel. It’s just too much. Do t like the extra bag and it takes up too much real estate in suitcase or personal item. So I got these to try. I seriously have no idea how these little things work but they do. It’s like magic. And they stay in fine all night. My husband has not heard me snore as I trialed it at home. I do not awaken with a dry mouth. These will be great for trips as most of mine are a week or less.

This little crap doesn’t work! My husband snores like a truck, and I put in his nose and he continues snoring! So I don’t recommend! Waist of money 🫩

These worked better than Breathe Right strips. Ever since my acid reflux has gotten worse, my partner has been complaining that he can't sleep next to me. I tried different kinds of strips, sleeping on different sides and positions, and everything else so we could sleep in the same bed. This is the only thing that worked. They are clear so he said he didn't even realize they were in half the time.

Does not work. Not comfortable to me. My spouse said my snoring was even loader. I wanted it to work but no such luck

Unfortunately didn’t work. We were really optimistic after read other reviews, but it unfortunately did nothing to help. Good quality, seems well made, just didn’t work for us.
