This paint makes a wonderful finish, but the instructions need to be followed. This is not a typical fast-drying oil paint; it takes some time for it to cure. The color black is perfect and it works very well, providing great coverage. I purchased them to paint screw heads of different colors - stainless and brass - used on black mounting brackets here and there, on door hardware, mounting hardware, etc. It has an included brush, like a nail polish bottle, and a good daub was all that was needed to cover screw heads. This was a detail finish project I wanted to do after some renovations and I'm very pleased with it. A little goes a long way. Durability remains to be seen but the applications for which I used it do not get wear and tear.

The paint appears to work fine. I'm my second coat and it does cover quite well. Where i have a beef is in the brush that it a connected to. The brush let go from the cap and created a mess. 4 stars for the paint, 2 stars for the packaging.

It has a good texture and that helps to ensure excellent coverage. I really like this product because it helps keep my furniture free of any paint damage. It's very practical and economical. I recommend it.

Item was not as advertised. No where near the described color.Package came with the top ripped off and the bottle loose inside the shipping package and it looked as though it had been used, some was missing
