This is the 3rd Apple Cider Vinegar Capsule I have tried. As far as size, it was not the largest, but definitely much easier to then the first ones I tried from Sam’s Club. I wanted to try these because they include the Mother and help with Detox. Very important to get your gut health rid of junk that we tend eat when we are in a hurry. I am feeling good and definitely have more energy since taking these for the past six weeks. I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic of 29 years and did not initially realize that this was going to reduce my insulin requirements, but I told my doctor that I wanted to continue taking the capsules, and insulin actually makes you hungry, so in reality, these are working twice as hard by helping lower my insulin needs. I had a friend recommend drinking ACV and I could not tolerate the taste, and not only are these capsules so helpful on that aspect, but adding that these have the additional benefits of including the Mother and including the probiotic - in addition to this being an organic product, I don’t know what more you can ask for. This is convenience in a bottle. There was another brand that had a smaller capsule and less of a vinegar smell, but that only makes me question at this point if it was as active as this product? This is not going to gag you as if you are drinking the actual ACV, but you might get a whiff of the vinegar... just saying. It’s made from Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother... if that’s the benefits you are looking for?

These pills curved my appetite, helped me lose 3 pounds in the first week of taking them. I did not change my eating habits or exercise while taking them. They are easy to swallow, are great for the price, and they don’t leave ab aftertaste in your mouth like the ACV gummies do!!

I think this is a good acv supplement. I was online searching for acv and I ran upon this product. I like the added probiotics in it. I also like the fact that there are no added harsh ingredients in it. I like taking acv because of all the health benefits it provides. So far I like this supplement. And I will continue to take it.

This is one of the most complete apple cider vinegar supplements I have been able to find. It has a high amount of vinegar but it also has 4 different types of Lactobacillus that work in the gut as probiotics. The ingredients in the capsules are pure & organic. I notice that not only is my digestive system regulated but this level of vinegar helps keep my kidneys flushed out. In addition to all this you would expect to pay a lot more for this supplement than it costs.

I tried a variety of brands of ACV capsules. I had picked a favorite, but when it was out of stock, I decided to try the Zanapure instead. These capsules are easier to swallow, have a neutral taste and no unpleasant smell. They meet my requirements of being organic, raw and with probiotics. The icing on the cake is that they are less expensive as well. These will be my ACV supplement of choice from now on.

He takes them along with elderberry to avoid getting sick, and for summer allergies. I take these for energy, keeping the mosquitos away, and keeping my acid reflex down. It also keeps me fuller longer, I'm usually hungry a few hours after eating cereal now I'm hungry at lunch time. I'm pretty full still when I have a homemade breakfast sandwich when it comes to lunch so that's a bonus. I take another brand at lunch and dinner, so I can't say what it does. I'm planning in the future to take these up to three times a day. I'm trying other brands for the curiosity. Some other brands aren't for weight loss, and one brand is pure vinegar but I'm using a different way. My goals are, no sickness, energy, fuller longer, weight loss and when I achieve it, maintenance.Update. I now take these twice a day. My other half only takes these when his allergies are bad. I've noticed it's detoxing my body, energy, fuller longer, and slow weight loss.

The addition of probiotic to ACV makes for an excellent digestive aid. I used to take them separately but this product simplifies my supplement routine. This stuff helps my keep my whole digestive system happy, which is especially important with a baby on board! (Mamas know what I mean....it's tough to keep everything running smooth when baby is using up every tiny bit of nutrients you give!). I'm on my second bottle of many to come!

I take 2 capsules with every meal. No more acid reflux that I suffered thru for years. Good product. The liquid is better but can be hard on tooth enamel, so the capsules are preferred.I don't care for the tactics of the seller. They sent me an offer for a free bottle IF I jump thru a bunch of hoops and write this review. Lost respect for them.
