Only watches purchased from official Citizen Italian retailers accompanied by a guarantee issued by Citizen Watch Italy spa benefit from official Citizen service in Italy for 2 years from the date of purchase. Citizen watches purchased from foreign retailers benefit from an international 1 year warranty provided it is issued by an official Citizen retailer.

good looks and keeps good time.
Nice watch bracelet, but make sure that you get bracelet altered by someone who knows what they are doing. it is also nice that it is not highly polished and flashy like so many modern watches are. All in all, a very nice and practical watch, for not too much money. The watch arrived quickly and well packed.

Best watch I've had and i've had a few decent watches
Ive been wearing my 'Excalibur' since Aug 2015 and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this to someone who wants a reasonably priced ISO 6425 certified dive/watersports watch.Time keeping is frankly superb better than a second a month gain. im not bothering to adjust between BST changes, just set 2 seconds fast :-)The bracelet is the nicest i've come across (and I'm including the TAG 2000 series used to have before I got tired of 'servicing' costs every 3 years) it has an adjustable clasp, you can losen it without undoing it result is you can wear it tighter than conventional bracelets and simply let it out a couple of clicks if its a bit hot and sticky.If your looking for a quality of construction and movement WITHOUT the 'premium' price of more ahem 'Quality' makes this the one for you, get one while their still available as new 'old stock' so to speak as I believe Citizen aren't making these any more.Also there is a ladies version which my wife has bought, it has the same excellent timekeeping and general construction/design but lacks the micro adjustable clasp.
