my cast iron is 7.5 at bottom and 9 at top. will this fit?

Unfortunately, Frywall does not currently offer a model suitable for 9" pans. The Frywall 8 would be too small, while the Frywall 10 would be too large.

Will this work in an 8.5" pan?

The Frywall 8 will work in an 8.5" pan, though it will sit a bit close to the pan's cooking surface.

I have a 9-inch All-Clad saute pan (although it measures 9.5 from lip to lip) . will this work for that?

If the diameter of the pan opening is 9.5", the Frywall 10 will work. If you have difficulty getting it to fit, consult the user instructions or watch the instructional video on the Amazon Frywall page.

Will the Frywall work with the non-stick copper pans that are everywhere now? I have one that measures 8" across and that measures 10 1/4" across.
