I purchased two of these electric wheelchairs for my parents. Set up was simple and they are easy to operate. The remote control is a bonus! They fold down enough to fit both in my car eliminating the need to transport chairs. Buvan’s customer service was wonderful.

Bought for my husband who suffered a major stroke in 2019. It was to make it easier for me, so I didn't have to use a wheelchair carrier on the car. I'm able to lift it (barely) and it fits in the back of our Buick Enclave. The battery lasts a long time and recharges in a few hours. The only issue we have with it is that it isn't as responsive as it should be. Depending on the slope of a sidewalk or size of room, it doesn't respond to turning very well if going very slow. He's used to his larger, heavier Drive electric wheelchair that is very responsive. I've written the company asking for help with this issue, but never received a response. He only uses it when we travel, or go out to ear so I haven't pressed the issue. I don't know if it's a joystick issue or just the way it is.

Great wheelchair, but there is a major inaccuracy in the advertised size and the actual size. Much smaller than mentioned and for shorter people or people who have shorter legs. I’m short by US standards and this chair makes me feel too tall for it. I wish I could use it without looking ridiculous. So only in desperate situations, i use it. Thankfully I have a caregiver who can push me in a wheelchair. The goal was to make it so I can have more independence. Which will still be a problem for me unfortunately.

Battery doesn’t last.Maybe 2 hours.Armrest keep getting loose.
