Really comfortable. Easy to put together.
Really good, was a little worried when ordering of what it may be like but it was easy to put together and the comfort is really good. Would be nice for the headrest to be a little higher but I'm pretty tall so for most would be fine.

Not built to last
The chair was relatively easy to put together, but definitely not built to last.I've only had the chair for 3 months. While nothing has broken yet, I can feel the bottom of the seat through the padding, so you might want to get a cushion. The cloth on the seat is extremely thin, so I think it will split later. The lumbar support is not adjustable and keeps popping off when you lean back. The headrest is a touch too far forward for comfort and won't stay up. It's also quite wobbly as the mechanism is extremely loose.I'm a short guy a little over 5 foot and not even close to 18 stone, so I can't say my weight is the issue for any of the problems.While the chair is one of the cheapest ergonomic chairs I would expect the quality to be a bit better than this.

Really easy to assemble and looks great. Very comfortable, sturdy and supportive. It has made working from home so much better. Top buy.

Poor
Not enough adjustment. Lumbar support isn't adjustable as advertised and just pops off - it's just a piece of plastic pushed into grooves. Seat height doesn't go high enough even for people 6ft tall. Can feel the metal plate in the seat pad so you need to use a cushion. Head rest is flimsy and pointless. Arm rests are uncomfortable. Its heavy. It's £215!!!

Average chair for price
It’s ok for the money, I wish I’d spent a bit more and got lumbar support as I’m using 8hrs a day. I’m average height for a woman and the chair barely goes high enough for me, headrest is awful

Lumbar sucks
The lumbar has been broken since purchase, unable to contact seller for resolution. Does not fit the chair properly and pops out, does not go up high enough (I am 5"8). Comfortable generally. If someone can contact me with regard to the broken lumbar.
