I really like the shake mix. It is far cheaper than Shakeology and definitely gets bonus points for being plant-based. I've been feeling a heck of a lot better since I began using this product. I just mix it with either water or almond milk; both are drinkable. Curious to try the other flavors, though I wish I could mix and match this double pack.The blender bottle that comes with this package didn't work out for me. No matter how careful I was putting the parts together I kept getting powder caked and wasted around the rim. I got a blender bottle and I love it.I ended up throwing out the supplements. I was feeling sick after a few days of use and as soon as I quit taking them the nausea went away.

I'm pretty much just using the 310 shakes for breakfast before work. Using the recipe that came with the package, almond milk instead of water makes a big difference. A few ice cubes, frozen berries, a banana, a bit of yogurt, the powder in the blender and an easy breakfast that carries me until lunch. I can't comment on the weight loss aspect of this product since I haven't been using it long enough and wasn't really expecting miraculous results in that area. I will say that I like what's in it and how it tastes. It is pricey, but I can see it being a great substitute for a meal and has great potential as a weight loss product as long as you have the will power to keep using it as such. Good luck!

I've drank this shake for the past week with some healthy light meals. I’m so surprised and pleased with how I feel. I've been treating myself for IBS for the past 9 months or so with very little relief of bloating & feeling like I don’t know what to eat. I’m not tired – don’t have a headache – my belly feels relaxed and healthy. I’m not really overweight nor am I using this just to lose weight but….. I could stand to lose 10lbs or so and I’ve lost 4 lbs just this week. I just needed something in my belly that wouldn't make me feel sick or too full. I’m almost 38 years old, I have two kids a husband and a full time job. This shake is easy to make and refrigerates well. I use almond milk as my liquid – it’s so good. I never ever write reviews but hope this helps other IBS sufferers.

I can't speak of weight loss YET but in terms of taste, both chocolate and vanilla are really good. I've tasted some nasty shakes in my day but both of these flavors are not even close to being unpalatable. I am usually more of a chocolate fan but the vanilla, I think, might be a little bit better. Here is a great tip for the vanilla shake. I put 1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut and some Stevia Pineapple Coconut flavor enhancer. Wow.. taste just like a pina colada. I usually can last about three hours between the next shake. There are not as thick as some shakes but if you add ice or add chia seeds, that helps to thicken it up. Overall... I am very impressed with these shakes. I just hope I can lose weight on them. Follow up will follow.

I rec'd the choc & vanilla shake mixes & 3 free samples of the lemonade drink mix, and the daily superfood cleanse. I have tried the vanilla in the past. I am not an artificial sweetener/stevia/sucralose user, I don't like the aftertaste. I like the taste of the choc better than the vanilla, but I can't say that it is good. The choc doesn't dissolve well in the cold water, I suggest using a bit of warm water to help dissolve the powder. If I had to chose choc or vanilla, I would choose vanilla. With vanilla, you can hide the taste with fruit.The shakes held my appetite for 3-4 hours.

These shakes are, overall, just great. The taste is very mild so neither offensive or particularly good (which is fine by me) when just mixed with liquid. I've used almond milk and coconut milk, and it mixes really well with either. You could easily add fruit, splenda, etc. if you need more flavor. I find they keep me full for at least 3 hours so far and provide plenty of energy for whatever I'm doing. I love what they offer (and what they don't) nutritionally, and the value is great. I'm replacing 2 out of 4 meals with them, which is making hitting my calorie goal of 1600 per day MUCH easier. Will definitely re-order.

Tasted MUCH better than I expected (I stared with water, than moved on to almond milk.. Much better with almond milk! I had a hard time going back to water when I forgot to get more almond milk)! It's very good at making me feel fuller, longer. I haven't tried any of the recipes they suggest, but that's just me being lazy (more accurately, late - that's why it's a great option for breakfast on the go!), because they do look delicious!

Love the natural/organic ingredients, and the use of stevia to keep the sugar content way down. The price is also appealing relative to other shakes with this ingredient list. However, the taste of the vanilla and chocolate are both weak. The shakes are thin, and flavorless. As much as I hate to spend the money, I'll being going back to Shakeology after these are used up.
