It is not rigid, it is very flexible.

does this look like regular paper? If you gave a piece to someone, would they think it was something other than regular paper?

Well, it is Matte. Therefore, it looks similar to regular paper, but very smooth on the printable side. The back will look just like a plastic sheet. The person you give the paper to will KNOW right away using common sense it is not a regular bright White Paper.

Can anyone tell me if this paper has static cling?

I have not notice any when using it
