SAKARA Complete Probiotic for Women, 180 Capsules

I love it! I was hesitant to buy because of the price but I’m glad I did and appreciate the generous amount per container. It’s been working well for me. I have had problems digesting food especially carbs and would suffer from bloating daily and little bowel movement. I switched from Alo to this to try it out and I can say is that Sakara has never let me down (except for their stress supplements - those did not work for me at all). Since I’ve started taking these supplements, the bloating has gone out the window, I have bowel movement, and I actually feel hungry because the food I ate is being digested. :)

I’m so glad I re-started this complete probiotic. Day one I saw gut health improvement. I felt like new again with energy way up. I don’t plan on living without it. Sprit moves through this, that’s what I told myself. No taste, No other compares. Worth the price tag.

I absolutely love these. I was having digestive issues and was bloated all the time. I tried every type of supplement and probiotic and only found 2 products that actually worked. This is one of them, I actually lost about 10 pounds in the first month of taking them. They keep my skin clear and I take 2 in the evening before dinner and I never ever get bloated. I dont even get bloated when I get my period which is awesome. I have a nice flat stomach and I work hard on my abs and now it is flat 24/7. I will never stop taking this product as nothing compares to it! I feel like it got rid of all the built up waste in my body which is why I lost all the weight in the beginning and now I stay pretty much at the same weight. I've been taking these for 3 months now, I waited so I could give an honest review. I hope this helps others with minor skin flare ups and bloating as it has helped me.

The best probiotic in my opinion. Helped me heal my gut with other things but I love the quality of this brand.

I like these a lot and use them frequently. Very pricey for continuous use however.

If you're looking for a probiotic, try these. They reduce bloating and overall gut health. I got my first bottle from a friend and now I'm on a subscription. I can always tell when I miss a dose.
