Spectra Premium FG91D Fuel Tank Sending Unit

Unit must be faulty, professionally installed but doesn't do it's job.

I don’t know if it works? My project will be done later while I wait for parts because they don’t include seal or ring

I installed it in my 1971 Montecarlo everything went well. After installing it the fuel gauge did not work I removed the gas tank again and double checked all connections reinstalled and gas gauge still don't work

Shows empty when full and full when empty

Quality product at a reasonable price.

Correct part fit perfectly haven't had any problems

Had it put it in 72 Monte old gauge was pegged past full .Filled car now reads 1/4 .I have read all kinds of the same problem bad sender Pulled it out again tried it out of tank worked great put it all back in same thing Pulled it again worked great out of tank SO found that the tank filler pipe came way back in the tank new sender pick up was at 2 oclock float beside it on the left so I bent the pick up pipe and float to about 12 oclock put in tank hooked wires turned tank up side down IT WORKS .After market tank ? Pick up bent wrong ? Called maker of sender they said bad sender. Why Iam I the guy that finds this out ?
