Ducky One Rainbow TKL (Cherry MX Blue) Keyboard

I've owned a bunch of keyboards in the past, some had light plastic, some had a bit more heavy duty plastic to it. This keyboard however? I feel like I could just slam someone with it, plug it back in, and continue typing on this bad boy like nothing happened.Pros:- This keyboard is the most sturdy keyboard I've ever used. Nothing on this keyboard feels cheap.- Heavy, this sucker has some weight to it. Which is good for a keyboard especially if you happen to move the board around while you type- It types fantastically. It might be cause I'm not used to cherry mx whites, but the feel of this keyboard while I type is the best.- It comes with a free custom keycap for your keyboard AND a different set of keys for the arrow keys, enter, space bar.Cons- The cord is detachable for the power of the keyboard, this is a personal preference really for me, but it does make it handy if the cord does get destroyed. As the port for it is just a mini-HDMI to USB, which most android phones have now. It's barely a con really.Overall the keyboard is fantastic. Easily the most well-built keyboard I've owned so far.

good for the price. i replaced the keycaps because they felt too thin but thats a minor issue.ducky has my future business for sure

The keys feel like they were coated with a matte texture, it feels really nice. I love how small it is.

I've owned many keyboards in my life. Anything from your run of the mill basic keyboard, to a fully custom keyboard. The picture posted with this review is using a different keyset.I was looking for a solid board to use while I'm making my own keyboard and I wanted to try the Cherry MX Clear switches this keyboard comes with.Cherry MX Clears on this Ducky keyboard feel great when you type. It feels snappy and consistent through the entire keyboard. The DyeSub PBT keycaps are high quality and you can tell as soon as you start typing on them.I personally don't like the colors of the keycaps or the design of them,but I bought it to put my own keycaps on it.The feet have three different positions if you want your keyboard to lay flat or adjust it to the other two heights.If you are on the fence about buying a mechanical keyboard this is a great board to really get your feet wet.
