Superbly Crafted ... but ....
Great design combined with quality. But based on an earlier review which suggested this dish was of good size I must say I found the size small and not totally practicable.For example, this dish won't take a 259g block of Lurpak butter without being cut down in size - so a little disappointing.Looks great and visually won't disappoint.

beautiful butter dish
I told my husband that i had to have this butter dish as it reminded me of him...... great to look at but totally impractical . Seriously though it is great to use such an iconic piece.
