Q: Will I need a Tetanus shot if I handles these?

If you cut your self while handling these, and its a deep enough cut I would suggest to go in and get it checked. These are natural rusty.

Q: Would these be easy to spray paint white after cleaning?

Yes and I did this! took an old toothbrush and brushed them off and painted them. Worked great!

Q: What is the size of the stars?

These are naturally rusted. They are 2.25" so about the size of a Susan B Anthony Coin, 50 cent piece

Q: Can these be used outdoors?

Yes they can be used outdoors. They will rust even more than they already are however.
