Vogue Patterns Misses' Deep-V Kimono-Style Dresses with Self Tie Sewing Pattern, 16-18-20-22-24-26 Red

I loved this pattern. It was easy to follow and fit perfectly. Now I just have to keep myself from making too many! I turned my first into a robe by sewing up the back and leaving the front open - so many uses for this one.

I had a few mishaps with this pattern. Could be from the fabric I choose to use. I also altered it for my figure. It’s not bad but it is a very fabric hungry pattern. For beginners it’s not the worst but I recommend this for people who are more confident. Especially when it comes to the darts and matching up the lower and upper parts of the front.

Is this easy to make for those of you who have done it already?

This didn't clearly state it was for plus size women. I had to change the pattern for a small and it was a huge mess.

I’m sewing a formal wear dress for a gala in September. This design is imminently suitable for casual wear, or can be beautiful in a special occasion fabric. Wonderful easy-to-sew pattern. Will update with finished project at a later date.

This is my unfinished product, l wasn't impress with how they lay out the pattern. Not flattering at all. Was hoping l could finished the skirt but then it's just gonna end up ugly knowing that the skirt pattern in front has to be cut in the middle.
