Great Luggage, Even Better Customer Support
Before buying, I came across quite a few reviews mentioning lock-related issues, so I was a little skeptical. However, after using both the 56 cm and 66 cm bags, I haven’t faced any lock problems at all. The locks have worked smoothly and reliably so far. The bags themselves are lightweight, spacious, and easy to handle. Storage capacity is excellent, and the colour looks even better in person. What impressed me the most was Safari’s customer service. I had a zip issue with the smaller bag and contacted their support team. Since the exact replacement was unavailable, they proactively offered an alternative bag instead. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, which speaks highly of the brand’s after-sales support. Good product, good service and a company that stands behind its warranty. A solid recommendation from my side.

All size bags are received in good condition. Quality is Value for money. Light weight but strong bags.

Bad quality
The bag lock got jammed and didnt open after multiple combination. Also the chain was opened due to flight load of keep bags in stack. Poor quality and not at all brand worth for travel luggage. Amazon team also didnt support and ask to contact brand for warranty so both useless

Quality is not in the rage of expected
Service is very worst… Delivery agent is left the package in road itself and it was a more weight and we carried ourself to home.. If weight is less no issues we Will carry.. when weight is more give instruction to your delivery agents to courier the Package to door steps.
