I absolutely love this dispenser! The sleek and minimalistic design fits perfectly with my nightstand setup, and it doesn’t take up much space which is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn’t just look nice though— it’s certainly designed with convenience in mind. The simple pump mechanism works flawlessly, and it’s easy to refill and clean (dishwasher safe is a big bonus!). I also appreciate how the design is intuitive and user-friendly. I use it every day and night now. Just a very stylish and practical hydration solution that I now can’t live without. Highly recommend!

The filter is terrible and even after cleaning the whole tubing and everything out when I got it, it still had a gritty texture to the water like Dasani

The directions are challenging to follow, so it leaked a lot, and I had trouble getting it to work. When I got it set up, it worked fine; however, the water that was coming out was cool, not cold.

The HID SIPS Water Dispenser is a total game changer for my bar cart! Its sleek design fits perfectly, chilling water to a crisp temperature, which is ideal at any point in the day. It is extremely quiet (which I was pleasantly surprised by) and has a very sleek design for putting in virtually any spot throughout the house!

Would be a great product if the water would actually cool, I measured the temperature of the water before and after 24 hours, and there was no change in the water temperature. Either my unit is broken or this just doesn't work. Also the pump is very loud, will wake up your spouse if you use at night. I even bought one for a friend for a Xmas gift and I wish I could take it back.Update, seller contacted me and provided me a new fridge free if charge. Water is now cooled and I'm happy with my product, only thing I would like improved is the loudness of the pump.

The media could not be loaded. The 5 stars are for the overall ingenuity of the product, there really is nothing else on the market like it.I do have some criticisms about the instructions. First, the dispenser does not work while plugged in (the plug is just for charging), it took me a while to figure this out which was frustrating. Second there is a metal latch where the hose meets the jug that helps release the hose.The dispenser overall is ~okay~, it is as advertised but it is kind of slow and too short for someone like me that like to fill up their tall HydroFlask. The slowness wouldn't bother me if I could just leave the water bottle underneath and let it fill. They shold make a taller option for us water bottle folk! I will probably end up buying a different dispenser eventually.The fridge works well, I fill up at night and by morning the water is cold. The water tastes good so the filter must be working well too.

Don’t buy! No way to get product support and contact seller - ours stopped working right outside the return window and I have no way of contacting them. It’s junk!

Overall it was really easy assemble and I love that I don’t have to get up to refill my glass in the middle of the night. I do wish you could adjust the height because I have to tilt my water bottles.
