Jury still out
My sleeve arrived today. I have been having intermittent heel pain for almost 3 months and decided to give this a try. The sleeve was hard to get on to start with, very tight around the top band. The size chart stated 8 to 10 inches - Medium and 10 to 12 - Large. I measured right below 10 inches, so I ordered Large.Once it was in place, the pain was gone all day long. I thought great it is working. However, this evening when I went to remove the sleeve, the top band had been cutting into my leg above my ankle. I didn't feel it until I went to remove it and now It feels like it may be bruised. I think I am going to try and flip it upside down tomorrow since the bottom of the band is not near as tight as the top.I hope it works, because it was nice not having heel pain today. Time will tell.UPDATE: Upside down not as good. I righted it and slid the top band down lower, it was better, still tight, which was fine for most of the day. Later on it started to cut into me and I had to take it off. I do have a bruise where it sat the first day. I would suggest wearing it on and off for a few hours at a time, maybe skip a day here and there.

Sweet relief
At 73 years old & having led a very active life involving biking, football, baseball, basketball & golf, my knees & ankles have endured a great deal of over use.Ankles/feet very painful & have tried numerous "wearable 'sleeves' that did offere some temporary relief. However, this copper sleeve is the best I have ever used & has yet to let me down. I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering.

Very disappointing!
The top part was seriously too tight while the areas where you expected good compression had virtually none. Very disappointed with the product.

Exactly what I Needed
I have been looking everywhere for this product. It is exactly what I needed, supports my ankle, but does not feel tight when I am wearing it.

Will be buying another pair
I thought they came in a pair but they are individual. That was disappointing. Regardless I wear them and my feet are not cold at all anymore. My feet are always ice cold, even on a hot day...not anymore. Very nice product

Does not compress the ankle well
I have used other, non-unisex ankle sleeves from Copper Fit that provided much better ankle compression. I will need to find out how to better distinguish between the products.

Band too tight
It supported my ankle but the band at top is too tight. Also when I took off the brace I had nerve pain across the ankle and in my knee.
