Product is used, dirty, incomplete

Average build, poor finish
Platic build is average however finishing is poor. Blade does not fully pass through at the right end, would not cut if vegetables are at this location.Julienne blades are not leveled properly, it does not fully retract for slice mode, but this could be one of the case.
