Great book at a sweet deal!!

Not quite what I expected but still a great book
This book has LOTS of pages but this is not an inspiration book of good designs. This is an information book of the trends in web design with quite some text but also examples. I expected a slimmer book with only big photos of great designs. But this is not a bad book. Still includes lots and lots of photos of good designs and organised by trends.

Just OK honestly, not very useful
It's.... just OK. The organization of this book is so strange - while I appreciate the sections broken down into inspiration, it would be nicer if it provided fewer examples and broke those out into case studies. At the moment it's a bit of flavor text + a series of quick images. Inspirational I suppose, but less practical than I would hope. Would return if I could. Also PS: do NOT buy this on Kindle. I got a sample on Kindle and it was incredibly hard to see/read the images unless I was viewing in cloud reader. I don't really recommend the book overall, but if you're going to get it I'd recommend skipping the Kindle version.

Full of inspiration
Beautifully curated set of visual web design examples It's got me thinking: is there a Pinterest version of this book? Or at least the same concept? If not, someone should do it. It's the web design inspiration I'm looking for!

Added to my graphic design collection
Good book. Had some updated examples which are useful for the purpose of research and design ideas.

A great tool for any web designer
As has been the case with the previous 3 volumes, a great tool for any web designer. I bring them to initial meetings so that clients can quickly (though taking longer with every volume) choose styles and examples that they like. I do find that there is less variation in the examples as compared to previous volumes, but I think that it is less the fault of the book, and more an accurate portrayal of the current state of web design.
