This is a very good product. I highly recommend Rosabella beet root. Both my husband and I have had to split our blood pressure meds in half since using this. Our BP numbers are reading really low now. It works to lower BP numbers.

Good product no bad smells or taste easy to swallow. Slight energy boost. Blood pressure drops.

Although this did lower my blood pressure, I ended up developing kidney stones, bùt they were small enough so I could to pass them so I didn't heve to go to the emergency room

I’ve only been taking these for 3 days now. Although I haven’t noticed any benefits, I also haven’t noticed any negative effects such as digestion issues or discomfort. For now I give them 5 stars but will update my review depending on their effectiveness. These Beet Root Capsules came well packaged. No broken caps or loose powder. They are easy for me to swallow. I hope I will see some improvements in energy level and blood work results. I’ll have to report back. Update: I’ve been taking two of these Beet Root Capsules every morning for 9 days now and I can feel the difference. My stamina, energy level, and focus has improved. Not a huge improvement, but enough to see the value in taking them and buying more.

I am in my third month of using this food product. While I love beets, it just isn't feasible for me to eat them everyday. So I am using this food vitamin to supplement and support my blood pressure and blood flow. Since I began using it 2 months ago I have not had any cramps in my legs I would definitely recommend this food vitamin.
