Makrolon GP polycarbonate (PC) is suitable for industrial glazing, machine guards, structural parts, and thermoformed and fabricated parts. It is a durable plastic that provides toughness, dimensional stability, and impact resistance. Transparent clear polycarbonate is also often used as a lightweight, impact-resistant alternative to glass.
