Lovely all-cotton feel!
These are really high-quality sheets! They're 100% organic cotton and bear the GOTS label (Global Organic Textile Standard). The cotton has a wonderful feel -- no polyester which is either too hot and sticky or too cold and clammy. The sheets are a beautiful ecru color. Remember that all-cotton fabric will wrinkle, so if you must have wrinkle-free sheets you'll have to iron them yourself. A partly-funny partly-vexing aspect to these sheets is that the fitted bottoms are tailored like a round bowl cover. It's a bit of a trick to find the head and foot. And they're voluminous which is better than too small. But, by golly, the fitted bottoms will stay in place, for they're anchored with one of the stoutest elastic bands I've seen. How well do I like them? I'm going to buy another set.

True Percale
So many are discussing grandma's sheets in these reviews, then complaining that these sheets aren't Grandma's. Well, I AM grandma. I DID sleep under my grandma's sheets as a child in the south (your great great grandma?) The problem you have is that you didn't sleep under grandma's sheets while they were new. You slept under them after they were worn in. Percale starts as somewhat scratchy. After multiple washes, they begin to soften up. They become softer, then, even slippery. Totally heavenly. Good percale will last a long, long time. I have percale sheets that I bought 50 yrs. ago.Don't be fooled by the number of threads per square inch. There are only so many quality cotton threads that can be smashed into a square inch. To get more, you have to make the threads thinner (think...micro...fiber.) If the threads are thinner, the sheet becomes thinner, wimpier. Also, you lose the space between threads for the heat exchange that percale is known for (percale is cooler to sleep under.) A good quality cotton percale sheet will have about 200-300 threads/sq. in. - at most. And, if they ARE cotton, they WILL wrinkle, the same as your grandma's did. That's the nature of cotton. The wrinkles didn't appear to be so strong because she hung them on the clothes line and pulled out the wrinkles before they dried. I bet your grandma's sheets smelled like sunshine, right? By the way, your grandma's sheets were probably white and made from cotton grown in the southern U.S. You won't find grandma's sheets in queen size or king size - that's new to the second half of the 1900's. Which brings me to the reason I'm buying these queen size percale sheets. These sheets have all of those qualities you remember about your grandma's well worn sheets. Something additional these sheets have is a HUGE top sheet with deep cornered fitted sheet and large pillowcases. No longer do I have to buy a king set for my queen bed, then modify the bottom sheet, or buy a queen set and begin the nightly tug of war with my husband who wraps himself in the top sheet leaving me high and dry. Most queen top sheets in box stores are 92" x 102". They pull out at the bottom of today's thicker mattresses and barely cover the mattress on the sides. Compare the size of these top sheets. These sheets will soften after a few washes and uses. You have something Grandma didn't have - a washing machine/ dryer and choices of color. Don't give up on these awesome sheets. Buy them, use them, and wait for what happens with time - the cool, crisp, smooth to the point of slipperiness feeling you remember about Grandma's sheets. You'll be able to enjoy them for 50 yrs. or more. Soon, your grandchildren will fondly remember your percale sheets. :)Additional info: I've owned these sheets and I also bought the Pinzon 300 count percale but not organic. I bought them both at the same time and am wearing them equally. These sheets are becoming softer sooner than the others. The others ARE softening up, but these are softer, sooner. Just sayin'... if softness is a deal breaker for you...

Chemical smell persists
Unfortunately, this sheet set had such a terrible chemical smell from the beginning, I washed them once but the smell still made me ill. Amazon refunded the purchase price, kudos to customer service!

Beautiful set, nice presentation, excellent price.
I would give ten stars for the wide, strong elastic in the fitted sheet alone. The fitted sheet stays firmly PUT, unlike those with skinny elastic.Tip: never dry anything with elastic in a hot or even warm dryer, because heat will kill the stretch. I found this out the hard way with sheets and clothes and underwear. Line dry the fitted sheet if you can; if you can't, dry as much as possible on 'no heat.' If it's not completely dry, what I do is finish the drying process by clipping the sheet up with 12 PCS,Ipow Portable Laundry Hook Hanging Clothes Pins Stainless steel Travel Home clothing Boot Hanger Hold Clips and hanging it on my shower curtain rod. I don't bother doing this with the flat sheet or pillowcase; just the fitted sheet because of the elastic. A little extra care in the wash will make it last a lot longer. The only thing I could wish for is that the cotton itself was "crunchier," rather than having the peach-like finish, but that's just personal preference. It doesn't change the fact that these are lovely sheets at a reasonable price, and I will be buying some more sets in different colors.

Gorgeous color, very soft feel, fantastic value!!!
I’ve been on a search for beautiful blush pink sheets for my king-sized bed and purchased these after reading the positive reviews. I’m not disappointed that I risked it. These sheets are such a soft, millennial pink. The cotton is crisp but very soft. After washing twice, I’m pretty comfortable saying these are some of my favorite sheets ever. They do wrinkle if that matters to you. I took them out of the dryer still hot & put them on the bed immediately and they are still wrinkled. This is not an issue for me. The fitted sheet is generously sized and has a fantastic wide elastic band around the entire sheet. This keeps them in place despite me being an “active” sleeper. If you’re looking for a great sheet set at a phenomenal price, pull the trigger on these. You won’t be disappointed. I just wish Amazon offered pillowcases separately.

Very nice set of sheets
It isn’t easy to find 100% cotton XL twin sheets in stores - if there are any XL twin sets they all seem to be microfiber or cotton/poly blend - so I am pleased to have found these and am very happy with them. They are indeed 100% cotton and do have the organic certification tag as well. They are simultaneously soft and crisp - substantial and well made, not scratchy at all (peach-fuzz-like brushed cotton finish), and fit a dorm room XL twin mattress. The dove grey is a beautiful color and washed well (I’ve washed them twice). Comfortable to sleep in. They do wrinkle when slept on and come out of the dryer with wrinkles, but they are 100% cotton so I expected that and honestly don’t care - I’m not the type that irons sheets! They are soft enough that the wrinkles can easily be smoothed out when making the bed so it’s a non-issue for me.

Great sheets!
I've now bought these in every colour (full and queen) and they're my favourite sheets by far. Very soft, densely-woven, thick, generously-sized, and the colours are pleasant and versatile. I wish there were more colour options - and if there ever are, I will buy them immediately - but the available colours mix and match really well with other bedding. The colour tones have a depth to them that's reminiscent of a washed cotton, so they go especially well with chambray, flannel, and similar fabrics. Each set comes in a neat little fabric bag (with velcro fastening), and is otherwise directly in a sturdy cardboard box - none of the excess packaging that can be so annoying with other products shipped by Amazon. They are really good quality - the elastic is thick, and is sewn all the way around the fitted sheet, the hems are deep, the stitching is even. Even at full price, these are a good deal for organic cotton, and I notice that they quite often go on sale - there's also some price variation between the colours, so if you buy one set to see how you like it, a different colour might even go down in price!

Get to know these sheets. If you are like me, you won’t regret it.
It’s 300 thread count. Which is enough for me. I don’t know why people need 1500 thread count, and such. Lower thread count breathes better, which is great for the summer. Don’t be fooled by some of the other ads that say 3000 thread count, and then the thing turns out to be polyester. It feels so nice using percale sheets ( different weave). I hate sateen sheets, which seem to dominate the market. They always feel hot, slippery, and uncomfortable to me. I like natural products though, and this bring organic is also a big selling point. I think they are pretty good value, indeed.

Holy Wrinkles!
Impossible to get the wrinkles out, even after ironing. And the top sheet seemed a bit big too big. Liked the color In Natural, it's sort of a vanilla but had to return because of the wrinkles..

Cool feeling sheets, Packaged well.
Anyhow I'm a 24 year old man.I've been looking and buying sheets every couple of weeks. To find alot of sheets are falsey advertised as "Cool".Look no further as these are the sheets for you.I see people posting about wrinkles and stains. And I litterley spat on the sheets to prove that reviewer wrong.Pictures where taken when I first got the product. After the first week of use I washed them on a cold water wash cycle. And I put them in the dryer for 10m.Have them a whip or two.And hung them up to dry.I now have no wrinkles still no stains.I hope my review helps you decide whether or not you are going to buy this set.And please don't listen to all of the Karen's who leave reviews. I mean some of them buy sheets and probably never wash them.
