How long can it be used?

Is it out of date? If so, that date is the last sale date. I've used both the dark and light thickener several months after their "expiration" date and had good results with the products and no ill effects from using them. Hope this helps!

How is the product quality?

The quality is excellent, we use it all the time to thicken gravies and also put it into soups to thicken them. The liquid has to slightly boil to add the powder. Just stir the gravy/soup while sprinkling the powder into it. Great product. The company has two kinds, light and dark. We use either one, depending on what's cooking.

How long can it be used?

I am using this product for along time and it doesn't last long in my kitchen . There is expiration date on the box .
