Had some old lingering cough from cold/flu etc... Helped almost instantly from the first dose. Tastes like honey with some bitter herbs, not too bad. Did not help much my kid when he had a cough though so might depend on a particular situation. Amazon sells for less then WFM

This has a very herbally taste and is very thick. I had a nasty cough/cold and i started taking this when my wet cough started. I've never had such a pleasant wet cough. I think it helped that I hydrated a lot and slept upright, but i think this played a role, too. Once i started taking this, my cough only lasted 3 days!!!

Works great for a stubborn cough

This syrup really does help for bronchial issues. But it does give me heartburn a lot.
