I’ve tried my share of mid-to-up-market olive oils including not just national brands like O and Bionaturae but also artisinal, family operations like Organic Roots Farm, even the “Olio Nuovo” 1st-flush of harvest that’s greener and fresher. Nothing compares. This is by far the most delicious, freshest-tasting, most full-bodied and well-rounded flavor, gently green, floral, and mildly sweet all at once. I struggle to even _describe_ how _vastly_ superior this unfiltered Carapelli is! A true delight! It has a vitality hard to put into words. I won’t look back: it’s Carapelli unfiltered from now on! Bonus points for very sturdy bottles with excellent pour control and substantial, secure caps, plus a nifty design that provides good grip. I heartily recommend this amazing oil from Carapelli to anyone interested in excellent olive oil at what for the quality is quite a reasonable price.

This olive oil is so nice, smooth, little peppery hint, good price and I am very pleased with it's quality.

We are on our 5th bottle of this delicious oil. It stars in a plate of olive oil and rich balsamic vinegar as a dip for fresh bread or pita bread. Lovely added to hot pasta before serving with fresh basil or parsley added.Great over sliced beefsteak (or any) tomatoes with fresh mozzarella or feta cheese.I only use this luscious oil for any and all olive oil recipes.

High quality. Smith and pleasant taste. Love how it pours. Not too much comes out at a time meaning there is no waste.

Looked for a flavorful, economical, and fresh olive flavor (had some that have tasted like motor oil!) for cooking and eating. This purchase really fit the bill! Liked that it was unfiltered and the beautiful bottle had a self pouring top. Also the bottle was a convenient size for handling while cooking. Bravo!

Good quality EVOO, wouldn’t recommend it for cooking because of the cost.

I have a difficult time finding Carapelli Olive Oil. This is the only Extra Virgin Olive that I really like for taste, quality. It's also organic. It was a couple of dollars more than the usually purchased price that I pay. However, for the convenience, and perhaps with prices being increased because of Covid, it was still a good price. It came quickly, in a box and wrapped in bubble wrap. I am so glad that Amazon has this. I will order again.

One of the best organic olive oil I ever had!. Is so soft that you can take a shot for health reason and a taste magnificent!!!
