This product gets rid of headaches pronto. I think it’s largely due to niacin and / or caffein which is a vaso dialator (editors: feel free to correct)IT FIGHTS HEADACHES OF MANY KINDS. Be it from sinus infection, or breathing paint fumes, or from a hangover, or from your spouse yelling at you... this product rocks, in that it rids me of headaches in minutes where Advil, aspirin, ibuprofen, Tylenol etc. has failed me.Yes it also performs as it claims, it enhances the workout. I use it almost daily, but I alternate with the caffein free version only so I can keep caffein addiction at bay.

This stuff is no joke, I would not recommend for someone with any type of heart issues because I have none and feel like I’m vibrating when I use this. It’s great for pre-workout but does make your skin crawl for like the first 20 minutes. It lasts through my workout and then some and takes effect really quickly. The flavor is eh, I usually make a small shot of it so I can get the taste over with. It’s like an extremely sugary fruit punch with an almost chalk like texture.

Been using the “original” for years. Do not want to see the day I can not get it anymore. Very satisfied with this product

The original formula was the best.bsn has changed it several times, I loved the original, this formula taste bad and not happy with the results, go back to the original bsn!!
