Liturgical Manual Occult rituals same thing and I can dig it!!!
I love this copy of the Daily Missil, this is no doubt one of my favorite occult books. *disclaimer* before any of you religious zombies hopped up on Jesus juice try to come for me let me clue you in your forefathers of your faith are the biggest occultist on the planet behind closed doors, and these type text were taken from ancient occult transcript. with that out the way, I was very pleased to the quality of this book, the paper its written on with and the binding, superior overall. Now lets get down to business, contained within are some serious rituals, so much so that I kept hearing the voices of the ancients saying, 'you know these are our rituals repackaged" opening the pages was like stepping back in time in a secret cathedral with secret societies, one of the priceless gems for me is on page 1712 prayers for deceased persons, as a necromancer the saying "as in life so in death" is very true. I have an ancestress that was hung in slavery and every now and then, she shows up and is in a rage showing me the rope she was hung with, because she refused to submit, she is still as hostile now as she was then, and even talking about it makes me tear up, I used this in a ritual to set quite a few deceased souls free. you do not just move on and while on our spiritual paths of Obeah, Vodun, Palo, Ifa and Santaria and many others we do rituals to not only appease the dead but to help them move on, when I did the ritual I felt a massive sense of peace and heard the voice of ancestors, saying it took this descendant to release us.Now while I do a lot of work to elevate the dead, I love the idea of praying for the dead, as a necromancer a bulk of my spiritual practice is in dealing with the dead. on page 1373 the prayers to the virgin Mary Most noble Queen of the world are nothing more than prayers to Auset in the kemet pantheon and Inanna in the Babylonian pantheon *I see you Roman Catholics* this to me are some of the best occult books disguised as religious texts, you the occultist just have to find the hidden gems.on page 545 (Fourth Blessing:Oil of Catechumens) powerful exorcisim rites, what I love most of all its also written in Latin and English and as I'm also a Latin buff I can dig it!!,I carry this in my pocket book and just whip it out to read anywhere anytime, going into the woods doing invocations is a joy, I know my ancestors are dancing with joy on the other side the prayers being said for them along with the ritual offering on their behalf. regardless if you use this in a religious or occult sense you can't go wrong. I love it!!!

Beautiful missal and prayerbook
This is a beautiful missaland it also has loads of daily traditional prayers so even if you don't get the chance to participate in the Latin Mass frequently, you can use it as a thorough daily prayerbook for every occasion.

Beautiful Missal
I am a Novus Ordo attendee and I love this beautiful edition of the missal. I have gone to only one Latin mass using the missal and did not know how to use it at the time. I asked the priest and he explained how to use the missal. I've been using the daily prayers section of the missal a lot more and it has really helped me to focus my prayer time. This missal is excellent, it is laid out very well, the binding is perfect, the text is clear, the pages have nice color contrast. I really love it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent!
I had been wanting this Missal for quite some time as I love the Extraordinary Form of the Mass. However, I was concerned about the amount of use it would get since my parish only has the Extraordinary Form Mass one Sunday per month and mostTuesdays. After receiving the Missal, however, I can say that there is so much more included to justify the purchase aside from the daily readings and prayers of the Mass. I think this will become my primary prayer book (accompanying the Liturgy of the Hours) and I will probably be taking this Missal with me to the Ordinary Form Mass to have the various devotions and prayers that are in the Missal.Aside from the content, I was blown away by the quality of this book. It comes in a nice hard case to keep it safe. This would also look good on the bookshelf if I weren't using it so much! The quality definitely seems to justify the price tag.

Not Very Different to SSPX but with some differences
If you were to compare this to the SSPX missal, at least from my impressions it's very identical as it contains many of the same artwork that the latter has, which from my understanding are reprint from an original 1920's missal. However, from what I know this is the only Latin Mass missal anywhere around that is approved by a bishop under Summorum Pontificum (and I think this is the missal used by priestly fraternities like the FSSP). Another difference is that the book includes at the front cover a small guide to when to kneel and stand during the Mass depending whether it is a Low or High Mass.A small criticism from me is that unlike the SSPX Missal the Mass text doesn't contain any pictures and less commentary due to the way that it's organized, so it will be much more wordier for you and you may get lost trying to follow, and the preface prayers are before the Mass texts and not in the middle of it unlike the other one. Also, I suppose it may be due to the material used for the cover but for some reason the gold lettering vanishes very fast, but that may not be an inconvenience for you.

Essential pre-Vatican II missal
Hard to find original, this reproduction produced by Baronius press. Worth every penny to accompany traditional Latin Mass. Beautiful illustrations and high quality printing. Highly recommended.

High Quality Missal
Beautiful typesetting making this a pleasure to read. Easier to navigate for TLM than my last missal. The leather binding is high quality and a pleasure to look at. Highly recommend and would buy again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this missal
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this missal. It's layout makes it fairly easy to learn how to follow the Latin Mass. I used to use the St. Joseph daily missal, but I missed out on so many masses that are included in this Baronius Press missal. This includes many prayers and devotions, including exposition and Benediction, the Holy Rosary, Masses for other countries, Masses for the dead, and so much more. Highly recommended.
