First of all, I congratulate Amazon because they arrived very quickly, in less than 3 days, on the other hand the packaging is excellent, it comes very well sealed, the flavor is very rich, it does not saturate you or taste bad, I consume 5 gummies a day and they have served me a lot in performance when I go to the gym, I go 6 times to train and today after 6 days I have felt the change in strength and I have improved my times and My training times and I had never taken supplements but these caught my attention for the price and the presentation totally different from the usual powder in creatine, it is a great purchase and for the moment an excellent and rich supplement

These taste great!! I wait til after my meal to have my gummy supplements like a dessert. These are like candy, I love them. I bought them when it had a big coupon so even better, but would buy these full price if I have to since they’re candy like and everything on Amazon is about $20. I got this to help with muscle soreness. I only take 2 a day instead of the recommended 3 and it really does help alleviate the pain. But the real kicker is I feel Happier. I have Dysthymia, a mild yet long lasting form of depression, and I was shocked to notice that I feel... Happy? It's like a switch was flipped and I am more motivated and feel lighter about an hour after taking these.After doing some research, I found that Creatine helps regulate neurotransmitter systems, such as serotonin and dopamine, which are crucial for mood regulation.I will keep taking this regularly just because it actually helps me feel something.

Taste delicious, I was worried it was going to a very chemically strawberry flavor but they taste great. I stopped taking creatine for a couple months and needed to redo my loading phase and i hated having to shoot 20g of powder a day bc its so hard to dissolve. So I'll be eating 4 servings a day for about 2 weeks and then I'll go back to just mixing a powder into a drink for the day. But for loading im hoping these make it a lot easier.
