Why does the Arkfeld Pro not switch on even after a full charge and only show 1 bar?

It seems like the Arkfeld Pro is in lockout mode. Please press and hold the center button (about 1 second) until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or green beam and the flashlight will be unlocked.

Is the green beam on the Arkfeld Pro brighter than Arkfeld?

Yes, the Arkfeld Pro is much brighter. It's a ≤5mW green beam while the regular Arkfeld has a ≤0.39mW green beam.

Can I turn on the white light and green beam on Arkfeld Pro at the same time?

Yes. Besides that, you can also change the brightness level of the white light when they are working in tandem. Just press and hold the central button, and it will change from Low, Med, and High mode. (Moon mode is not included in this setting)
