The title is divided into 6 Kands - Bala Kand, Ayodhya Kand, Aranya Kand, Kishkindha Kand, Sunder Kand and Yuddha Kand. Composed by Rishi Valmiki about 5000 years ago, the Ramayana tells the story of Rama, Prince of Ayodhya. It is an epic of magnificent proportions and a timeless tale of heroism and courage, of love and loyalty, and of the triumph of good over evil. Though Amar Chitra Katha has done much smaller versions of the story, this particular set comprises, in detail, all the kands or volumes of the Ramayana. Scripted by Harini Gopalswami Srinivasan, the Ramayana has been illustrated by Zoheb Momin, Sabu Sarasan, Sundarlal, Durgesh Velhal and Arijit Dutta Chowdhury. Each artist has brought to the table his own skill and imagination. The script has been vetted by Mangala Kumari, a Ramayana scholar. My Child’s Heroes Are Now Rama and Hanuman
I have purchased few versions of the Ramayana with pictures to tell the story to my 3-year-old child. Every time, my son would ask curious questions or look for illustrations that just weren’t there, and I would have to say, "I don't know," or "the picture isn’t available." Finally, I found this book — and it’s exactly what I had been looking for! The illustrations are beautiful, the details are rich, and the storytelling is perfectly suited for young children. It has made our reading sessions so much more engaging and joyful. A big thank you to the entire team who created and published this wonderful book! To parents reading this review: if you want your child to grow up admiring true heroes like Rama, Lakshmana, Hanuman, and Bharata — rather than fictional characters like Spiderman or Batman — this book is an excellent choice. I highly recommend buying the printed version, as it keeps children connected to the story without the distractions of the digital world.

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised. The books are hardback and printed on good quality paper. The box set is great to keep the books together. The art work is actually a bit modern and not in the classic Amar Chitra Katha style. But it's a good change. Makes it appealing to older readers as well. The language is still simplistic for kids to understand. And loving the beautiful book mark that comes with each book. The packaging was good and the books look sturdy and will last.

Yes as shown in the image This is Red Colored version, another version is blue color. Contents are same. Great experience for relieving the Indian Epic - Ramayana in a graphical novel format
