Bought a mobile home. Upon taking possession, found utilizes had been off 2 weeks; fridge left closed; pet and other odors throughout. Got this ionizer. Opened all rooms, closets and ran 12 hours. Odor all gone! Literally a miracle! Thank you. If it can fix these odors, it can fix anything!

I am very happy with my order! This little machine is a powerhouse for removing odors and pollutants from the air. I have 2 Teenage sons, and their room smell like two teenage sons! For some reason, I could not get the smell of football locker room from their bedroom. Also, the closet smelled musty from gym clothes. I placed this machine in their room and opened up their closet. It ran for one hour, and I waited an hour to go back in the room post treatment. The machine smell was still real strong, it smelt like outdoors after a rain. The smell reminds me of when I was growing up, and we had to line dry clothes outdoors . But the boys room was totally fresh for the first time since high school started! I was also able to freshen up our home gym, which stays close up because it does not have windows. This was well worth of money, and it is portable and very light. The phone app is completely user friendly. It is password protected. You set the room size. Then, you have an option for pollutants, (You can pick as many as applies to your room situation). ie. mold, odor, virus, etc. Then the last option you have to pick is the cycle. Your machine will not turn on, unless you verify that no one is in the room. The purchase come with door tags to remind others not to enter while cleaning. The machine itself is not very sexy, but it gets the job done! So,I will be making it look great with some pink vinyl and fur lol.

Would have gotten 5 stars but the unit only lasted 1.5 years. Still got 4 stars because the customer service was great and sent a replacement since it was under warranty still.

The smart wifi software system is so counter intuitive that I cannot figure out how to make it work. When I am in my office, everything works fine. When I place the generator in the basement and I come up, it says it is disconnected....I cannot turn the machine on through the mobile app. When I put it in smart mode, and push the on button in the app, "there are also unset options" pops up. What the hell is this? There is no explanation in the manual, or youtube, or app itself. You need to improve your software dramatically. Otherwise, you have a great big machine with useless software. And,,,,,when I ran the app first time, it asked passcode......There is no passcode given anywhere in the manual. Lo and behold~.......1234 was the passcode...... Who the hell design this software!!!!!!!!!

This unit works very well, would recommend to a friend.
