Do not buy this thing, seriously!
Well, it's quiet, that's for sure. Probably because it doesn't do anything. I'll tell you exactly why it doesn't do anything. This unit requires ice-cold water to operate. Without ice-cold water, it is just a really tiny, worthless fan. The problem is this: the water reservoir is completely un-insulated. So, the ice water (yes, ice water, because ice packs submerged in water quite literally does nothing. You have to use ice water) gets to room temperature in about an hour. Now, for that one hour, I will grant you this: the thing does put out some air that is marginally colder than room temperature. By about maybe three degrees. Maybe. And I am being very generous here. If you point it directly at you, and sit in front of it, it does provide some relief to your person. The idea that this thing could actually cool down an entire room is a total joke. So, unless you have an unlimited amount of ice in your freezer (I do not), or an ice machine, per chance, do not purchase this item. Yeah. Actually, even if you do, I wouldn't recommend buying this item. Also, the idea that you could fill this unit with cold water and leave it running while you are away is an absolute joke. I did that once, and came home to a smoldering Tartarus which was more humid than any room I've ever been in in my life. Basically, this is a very expensive swamp cooler. DO NOT BUY IT!

A glorified fan, not real cooling going on
The item didn’t produce any cool air. Disappointing that it only moves around the hot air already in the room. Even with a full water tank, there was no real cooling, so if it was supposed to, as described, it failed. At best, it’s a glorified fan in a box. It’s unfortunate the product didn’t live up to what was promised in the description. The design is nice, and while it worked, the features like the remote control were useful. But overall, it didn’t perform the way it was marketed, which is a shame.

Great solution for portable AC
Really great solution for spaces with no AC and no compatible windows for a larger unit. Easy to set up and use; came with ice packs that kept the water extra cold. It lasts for nearly a day on high speed and cold air mode. The unit sometimes leaks from water condensation. Not too loud (unless water running low).

Faulty Unit
This unit was working great until it started leaking all over my floor. Carpet is drenched, hardwood is soaked. I tried to get customer support but it was not helpful. Unfortunately I have to return it.

Leaky AF, works as a fan but that's it.
It looks cute, doesn't take up a ton of space, and the fan works fine, but that's where my praise ends. The evaporative air function barely works (maybe for 10 minutes with an ice pack), and if you fill the tank more than 1/3rd of the way, it leaks everywhere. It looks like a design flaw. Any flowing water from the pump runs down the inside walls of the tank and leaks out of the unit. I wouldn't trust any review that says it works as intended.

Mediocre performance in the heat
We live in Las Vegas, so summer heat is high. The purchase is for our bedroom. We hoped to significantly lower the bedroom temperature without cooling the whole house. It does cool the bedroom, but not more than a few degrees. Breeze is cool, not cold, and that is with the tank filled with ice packs, ice cubes and water. By morning the breeze is almost warm. Sleep mode is not quiet, we had to move it to the far corner of the room (about 8 ft. away). Air flow is acceptable. The size is a good fit for the room (250 sq. ft). All in all, it does a mediocre job. Not great, but not bad enough to return it.

Doesn’t cool. Not worth it.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The AC is extremely loud and doesn’t cool anything down. We followed the instructions and used cold water and ice. We left the AC on while we were out for 3 hours and came home and the room felt the same temp. We slept with it for a night to see if it worked and nope, didn’t cool the room at all. Despite cold water and ice, the AC still just blows out reg temp air. This is basically just an expensive tower fan. We live in southern CA where a hot day is around 80°. I couldn’t imagine trying to use this in an ever hotter environment. Definitely returning.

Doesn’t cool room! stopped working!
It doesn’t really cool a small room but if you stand in front of it, you get cold air. At least for the first day, on day two it stopped working. It’s basically just a fan. The ice packs melt within an hour so you have to keep a fresh rotation of Ice being added every hour in order to get the cool air. Which really sucks if you are trying to use it overnight while you sleep. But again it stopped working on day two no matter how much ice or cold water I use. I just get hot/ room temp air.
