What is the difference between Rose Cleansing Balm and Original Cleansing Balm?

The main difference between ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm and ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is the scent. ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm is also formulated with English Rose Oleo Extract.

Why does my jar not look as full as the image?

Balm may shift in transit when temperatures vary as formula has a low melting point. Product may reset unevenly in jar and some oil may remain on surface but this does not effect product quantity or quality.

Why is the product not sealed?

We do not add seals unless necessary for the efficacy and safety of the formula, as sustainability is a priority for ELEMIS. Avoiding unneccesary packaging is a way we minimize our environmental impact.
