bon ordinateur pour les jeux un peut de problémes pour régler le RGB a par pluseiurs mise a jour il fonctionne bien

This PC is an absolute powerhouse. Super easy to setup. Performs flawlessly. I know the price is alittle high but thats just the price of any type of memory for a pc nowadays

This Pc shipped quickly and arrived as expected. Upon opening the box the pc was packaged wonderfully and securely. Once out of the box I inspected the pc for loose wires and screws as it said in the included quick start guide. I did have a few loose screws and one loose wire however this is expected with shipping. Once I resecured them, I started up the PC, and it turned right on. I noticed the fan in the middle on the bottom would make about a quarter turn then stop, however the RGB was working properly. I turned the computer back off after it finished its installs of window and other basic programs and rechecked the wires to see if it just was not fully seated, but all wires where fully plugged in. Upon further investigation I found one of the black silicone spacers was on the bottom of the case under the fan. Once I removed it the fan started and runs as expected now. I have no idea where this spacer came from as every screw that has needs one has one and there are none missing so I am left to assume that it is an extra that got left when the PC was put together by the system integrator. Since then I have spent about 20 hours gaming and more hours than I care to think about using this computer for school and work and it has been such an impressive machine. I cannot say enough good things about it. I am sure somewhere a part was selected to save money, but I could not have built a better PC for the price!!!

This PC is an amazing prebuilt it runs very good performance on every game I have played on it so far and has been completely amazing for me. The packaging was fantastic and came with everything and no dings or scratches on the PC to be fair nothing was even on the box. It showed up on time maybe 5 minutes later than what it said but it doesn't matter because the machine itself is just amazing and completely worth it. I love it and I love the performance I get out of it fantastic FPS and fantastic cooling. Along with that it is visually appealing the RGB's are great and easily customizable. I love this purchase and I would recommend this one to anyone and everyone looking to get into PC gaming.

10 days in and have never got the audio to work. It’s cost me a lot of money and time I do not have to troubleshoot. Support is only available Monday through Friday 9-5 when we are at work also. Being in healthcare and getting 2 days off a month, I cannot call off, and this does not work for me. I will be 2 counties over. This has been a major headache. I had a technician come out who suggested it may have been damaged in transit. I will likely be returning this. Cost me 3k.
