Received a second heating pad from the seller!!
Nice soft pad. Nice length cord. Does not heat very well. Highest level heat is barely warm. SECOND HEATING PAD: seller was wonderful and sent me another heating pad. I’m changing my review to 5 stars because this one is absolutely wonderful. Soft, nice size, nice long cord, and heats beautifully. Thank you so much!

Works
EDIT - The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement product. It works great. They offer a 1 year warranty so if you have a problem just reach out to them. Old review: At first this heating pad worked great. I have used it for less than 2 months and it has completely stopped heating. The lights still go on but no heat comes out. Very disappointing.

Terrible heating pad
It’s an odd shape. The lowest setting is VERY hot but only in one area of the pad. Also it slides all over the bed surface. It’s almost like a blanket. I’m returning. DO NOT BUY THIS

Broken
It was working great until it stopped working randomly and was just blinking. No cords were bent and everything was still connected.
