Does this coco coir come buffered?

Yes it comes Buffered. So you don't have to worry it containing Excess Salts. I used it to start my Vegetables Seed in my water bottle starters.

If I use coco coir as potting mix for hanging baskets (made with coco filler), can I avoid use perlite as a source of drainage?

I use this product in hanging baskets as you describe. I do not use perlite in my potting mix. I found the formula of one part coco coir, one part garden soil (fine compost) and one-half part vermiculite works very well. The coco coir doesn't compact, and combined with the vermiculite drains very well. I've also used just garden soil and coco coir without the vermiculite with good results.

They have different sizes. This one is for a regular brick.

How many block would be needed for planting 2 apple trees?

It would all depend how big or gallons the trees are in , for a small or 15 gallons I believe you would need two bricks , but you would also need to mix with some kind of soil , I wouldn’t just use coir and that’s just my personal opinion.
