I loved the treadmill from the moment I stepped on to it. It was easy to use and the various pre programmed workouts were a great help. However a few weeks later as I was doing my best to finish the pre set programme, I heard a crack. I stopped the machine and checked under the running belt to find what was a hairline crack on the running board. Thinking that I must have been given a defected item I immediately contacted the seller through amazon and within 5 working days I had a brand new machine from the seller.I've now had my replacement machine for a while now and have really put it through its paces. I'm 5ft 11inches, weighing 77kg and have no problem running with my stride length, however the width of the running surface is not very wide so you must be careful in that respect. I have done the preset programme 4 for 20 mins every day and programme 8 for 20 mins every day. I have also done my own workout, running at 5kph for a minute then taking it to 10kph for a minute and repeating this for a few minutes. So I use the machine a lot, 2-3 times a day, between 15-20 mins. I have found it to be a real benefit for my training, I only wish I had paid a little bit more for the X-LITE II as it has a higher top speed.I would also recommend getting a silicone lubricant for use underneath the running belt if you are going to be using the machine frequently.So to summarise great machine and great customer service.

I am 21 years old and bought this as a way to casually exercise at home on demand, I was skeptical due to some poor reviews and low price however upon reception of the product I couldn't be happier. Product was delivered earlier than stated with no hassle for redelivery, well packaged and driver was helpful when loading package into the house. The treadmill is easy to assemble, lightweight, easy to use and folds without dismantling to a fairly compact size - the user interface is easy to decipher and the instruction manual is clear and relatively thorough in terms of using the features included. One thing I didn't realise when purchasing the treadmill is that there are 8 automated routines included, an emergency stop feature as well as time, speed, distance and Calorie monitors - which as you may expect for £160 aren't hugely detailed or programmable but do the job quite nicely.There are a couple of downsides; the running area is very thin and the machine is somewhat wobbly so you may need to remain attentive to ensure you don't step off the belt, the top speed isn't fast at all however it is more than adequate for distance running, there is a beep for every button press that can't be muted which does get very irritating when when trying not to wake the neighbours. Also I only weigh 9 stone 7 (60kg) so there may be problems with belt slip for heavier runners. I can see how these would lower the review score of other users with different requirements, however they don't affect my usage of the treadmill whatsoever.In conclusion this is a compact, effective treadmill for those looking to improve their cardio fitness from home with some nice features and an easy interface for an excellent price. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for those with a serious interest in running and would suggest that perhaps some more investment would suit people with the hardcore interest and permanent space to buy something more substantial. However for people like me who are merely looking to get more healthy and increase their running ability on a more casual basis, this treadmill couldn't be better

This treadmill is OK at best. Very narrow. I'm a very slim 24year old female. And I have to watch my feet when using this to avoid standing on the sides and tripping up. Easy to use programs . but its OK for the price u get what u pay for

Product flimsy and narrow. Pin to hold it when folded up doesn't stay in so keeps falling down. Broke after using only 4 times. Customer services at Fit4home are a nightmare to get hold of, cuts you off after 90 seconds if they dont answer so have to keep ringing back. When emailing they take ages to reply then fob you off. Been with faulty runner for 2 months. Read google reviews on company before purchasing as all say the same!!!!

This treadmill is so much better than I thought it would be when it arrived as it looked quite small. However, it does everything it needs to and doesn't take over the whole room which is great. The delivery was really fast and I also had a few questions that I needed to ask and the customer services were really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this product. I am 5'4" and it suits me great.
