I take these on occasion for energy. When I do I take 1 a day for 14 days and then I take a break for a few weeks/months. I've been taking pharmaton vitamins since 2006 and I can't live without it. Started taking ginseng supplements to up my game during my law school days and I've tried them all. I am on the fence about these tablets.I took them for a few weeks and while I will admit, I did feel like my brain fog decreased, I also found that they made me feel nauseous about 15 minutes after taking them.I tried the tablets before and after food but the nausea was always there.I would say give them a go and see how your stomach handles them.

I have finished the entire bottle on my own.. Took daily according to instructions. My eating is fairly balanced and I am fit. I workout 5 days a week for 2 hours. A mix of Cardio and weight/strength training. I added these to my other vitamin supplements but I have honestly not felt any difference. I suppose since I am already energetic and take other vitamins I don't need them. I was expecting a boost in either physical or mental energy but so far nothing. It seems from the other reviews that others have experienced some sort of benefit from it. Please go ahead and try it yourself
